The purpose of Tempo Fox Valley is to provide members the opportunity to establish a network of business and professional relationships among fellow women members and to enhance awareness of issues and trends having an impact on their lives. With the primary goal of networking, Tempo Fox Valley provides a professional environment which enriches the membership and the Fox Valley region through selected business and professional programs and projects focused upon the support, mentoring and empowerment of women leaders.

Membership in Tempo Fox Valley is held by women leaders who have achieved a seniority position within their company and who have demonstrated extraordinary ability within their chosen profession. Potential members are recruited by members of the Membership Committee and applications must be approved by the Tempo Fox Valley Board of Directors. Tempo Fox Valley members meet twice a month September through June. The first Thursday of the month is a luncheon meeting with an informational speaker or group networking session. Lunch begins at noon and most meetings are finished by 1:15pm. Locations vary but are primarily held in Oshkosh and Neenah.

There are four evening meetings that offer opportunities for members to socialize. They are held on the third Thursday, 5:00pm – 7:00pm on a quarterly basis.

For months in which no evening meeting is scheduled, Tempo Fox Valley hosts breakfast. This get together is very informal in nature with no defined topic and is for those members who are unable to attend the luncheons or evening meetings. The breakfast meeting is held 7:00am – 8:00am.
